HYDE PARK’S FIRST HOTEL IN 50 YEARS.
The six-floor, 131-room hotel will be the first new hotel in Hyde Park in almost fifty years, and will fill a pressing need for a quality hotel for business travelers, students, families, and tourists.
The LEED-certified hotel will offer guest amenities including a restaurant, pool, fitness facility, meeting space, and dedicated, underground parking. A wine bar with sidewalk seating will make the hotel a destination on evenings and weekends.

Hyde Park Hyatt Place is 100% owned by affiliates of Smart Hotels LLC, a firm that specializes in boutique-style hotels for campus + community, and The Olympia Companies, a second-generation, family-owned hotel company with more than four decades of hotel experience.
The operator of the hotel will be Olympia Hotel Management, a subsidiary of The Olympia Companies.
THE HARPER COURT EXPERIENCE.
The hotel will anchor Harper Court, a 1.1 million square-foot mixed-use project that will include retail, office space, and apartments.
Harper Court is the first large-scale redevelopment in the neighborhood in decades.
